Welcome to Channels Guru (the mobile application) and Channels Wala (the website, https://www.channelswala.com). By downloading, accessing, or using the Channels Guru application, our website, or related features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our application and website.

Channels Guru provides a modern discovery directory, marketplace listing, viral status captions, and typography tools designed for WhatsApp Channel creators and enthusiasts. Channels Guru and Channels Wala operate as an independent platform and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & ELIGIBILITY

By registering an account, submitting a channel, or browsing listings on Channels Guru, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age.
  • You possess the legal authority to accept these Terms and comply with all applicable local and international regulations.
  • If you are submitting a WhatsApp channel on behalf of an organization, enterprise, or business, you represent that you hold full legal authorization to manage and market that channel.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, PROFILE RULES & SECURITY

To access creator features such as listing a WhatsApp channel, users must register via Google Sign-In[cite: 3]. You agree to adhere to the following platform integrity guidelines:

  • Account Identity: Your registered profile name can be edited only once to prevent impersonation and maintain trust across the marketplace.
  • Verified Mobile Number: Providing an active WhatsApp contact number is mandatory for listing a channel. Once saved, your registered phone number cannot be modified directly; in order to change a number, the user must execute a complete account deletion from the Settings screen.

  • Financial fraud, deceptive investment schemes, phishing, or scam operations.

5. BUYER-SELLER MARKETPLACE & THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER

  • Direct Dealings: Channels Guru does not act as an escrow agent, broker, or guarantor in private transactions, channel transfers, or sponsorship deals between users.

6. DAILY REFRESH, CONTENT FEEDS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Channels Guru delivers curated daily content to ensure a fresh, uncluttered experience:

  • Daily Feed Cycles: Channel directories and caption feeds are refreshed once every 24 hours (timed to 4:00 AM PKT) with balanced selections[cite: 1].

7. IN-APP ADVERTISEMENTS (GOOGLE ADMOB)

Channels Guru provides free discovery services supported by Google AdMob advertising. 8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & DATA ERASURE

In accordance with Google Play developer policies, users hold the right to terminate their service at any time:

Self-Service Account & Data Deletion:
